Mumbai Rising: A Birla Estates Initiative
Birla Estates is a prominent name in the real estate landscape of Mumbai. As an active participant in the city's beautification drive, they wanted to execute a public art project along the iconic P.B Marg of the city's Worli suburb. The brief was to celebrate the city's ever-transforming face and it's crucial role as a host to iconic architectural styles over the years.
Using this foundation, I devised the campaign 'Mumbai Rising', a multi-mural project featuring ten exceptional artists.
MUMBAI RISING
The growth of Mumbai from seven separate islands to one of the world's biggest cities can be charted through the lens of architectural landmarks that have come and gone, as well as those that are still standing or just taking shape. Each of these has left a lasting impression on a city that never stops rising and surging ahead.

Each of the ten artists was tasked was assigned a carefully curated theme that resonated with the overall campaign. As they brought their respective themes to life, we captured the whole process and their narrative via individual videos.
All the videos that were part of this campaign were scripted by me.
